depression therapyThere are times in all of our lives when we find it difficult to handle situations by ourselves. Sometimes we just cannot seem to find the right answers. Or perhaps even ask the right questions. It is during these times that we should reach for help from someone who can aid us in sorting out the issues that are troubling us.

That’s where I come in — to help you look at your feelings of depression, hopelessness, worry, and sleeplessness. Perhaps anxiety has taken control of your life including a sense of being overwhelmed, racing thoughts in your head and moments of extreme panic. These are just a few of the unsettling feelings we may notice in ourselves and strongly want to alleviate. I am here to help you with that.

In a safe and comfortable environment, together we will explore these issues. By looking at your beliefs and the paths that you have taken we will begin to see what changes you can make to move your life in a new and more satisfying direction.
